The Conestoga Program has created an innovative model framework, and coming together like the spokes of a wagon wheel with our partners, we expect the following outcomes:

• Significant implementation of the neighborhood plan
• Increase citizen involvement in revitalizing their neighborhoods through open communication and awareness of development projects
• Addressing the overall housing needs of the neighborhood to include rehabilitation, demolition, and new construction
• Provide greater access to social service programs and services
• Develop a mixed-income community
• Improve public infrastructure (community environment)
• Increase the economic/assessed value of properties
• Provide housing that meets the needs of persons in the neighborhood
• Increase homeownership rate
• Increase public safety and code enforcement
